ALTARS CONFERENCE 2026
GOD COMES WHERE HE’S WANTED
ALTARS is a movement and prayer conference that exists to equip and connect God’s people to contend for spiritual awakening in our time, wherever they are.
We are hungry to see a historic move of God in our day, and we long to see the manifest presence of God break into our cities. We invite you to join us for our fourth annual Altars gathering!
ALTARS was born in New York City, birthed out of PRAY.NYC and Church of the City New York.
We have decided to offer a second conference to make more space for folks to attend! The experience will be the same for both Weekend and Weekday Conferences. Registration to one conference applies to those dates only.
Location:
Centennial Memorial Temple
The Salvation Army Headquarters
120 W 14th St | New York, NY 10011

INFO / FAQ
-
The conference experience will be the same for both Weekend and Weekday Conferences. We have decided to offer a second conference to make more space for folks to attend! Admission to one conference DOES NOT allow you admission to the other conference.
-
We ask that you attend on the dates that are best for you to make space for others to attend, instead of buying admission for both conferences. All sessions will be made available to conference attendees of both conferences after the conference!
-
Yes! We are excited to offer 2 Group Rate options.
Groups of 10-24 people can receive $25 off each ticket
Groups of 25 or more people can receive $50 off each ticket
Please email info@pray.nyc with the names and emails of those in your group and we will provide the discount codes to use during check out.
-
The first evening of conference (Thursday for weekend & Monday for weekday) will kick off with a prayer & worship night. The following two days of the conference will be 9:30am to 9:30pm each day.
Each full conference day will consist of a morning and evening main session as well as optional afternoon bonus sessions.
Ample lunch and dinner breaks will be in the schedule. All meals will be on your own.
A more detailed schedule will be distributed to registrants a few weeks prior to the conference.
-
We would not recommend booking other activities such as a show or tour tickets if you wish to participate in the full experience of the conference. We will build in ample free time for meals and time to get out for a good walk, however scheduling additional activities once the conference starts would likely have you missing portions of the conference and interfere with the full experience.
If you want to enjoy the city on your trip (which we highly recommend!), consider planning to arrive in New York City a few days prior or stay a few days after.

The conference will be held in Manhattan near Union Square at:

You can access public transportation MTA options (subway & bus) on google maps and at: new.mta.info
Note that weekend MTA schedules can vary from normal weekdays for subways and buses, so please take that into account when planning your travel.
Uber, Lyft and taxis are also very much an easy option in the city.
-
Meals will be on your own. There will be plenty of great restaurant options within walking distance to the venue. As part of the conference guide, we will provide a list of nearby restaurant and coffee shops.
-
We will not be able to issue refunds within 30 days of the event except for medical emergencies and weather-related travel cancellations
-
There is no childcare available at the conference and there are no spaces outside of the auditorium for children to be supervised. Women’s restrooms would be the only private space for nursing mothers.
We would discourage bringing children as the conference space & environment of the sessions aren’t conducive for young children.
Due to space limitations strollers would need to be stored in a public lobby area that is not actively monitored.
If you have any questions feel free to email info@pray.nyc
-
Due to space limitations luggage will not be permitted in auditorium and if brought to the conference would need to be stored in a public lobby area that is not actively monitored.
Most hotels in the city will store luggage when you arrive, prior to check in and after check out if you have other plans before departure.
We recommend taking advantage of that hotel service to ensure security of personal property.
